PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Your order is accepted when Shopify confirms it.

We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, or fraud is suspected.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorise recurring charges at the price and frequency shown in your order summary.

Your subscription renews until cancelled. You can cancel or change it before the next renewal through your customer portal or by emailing support@lymphelle.co.

Cancelling a subscription does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and 90-day money-back guarantee.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

WEBSITE USE

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, or use its content without permission.

We may update these terms when needed. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

LIABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable law, and mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.
