Shipping policy

We currently ship orders to supported destinations shown at checkout.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Standard UK delivery normally takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays, severe weather, or an incorrect address.

SHIPPING COST

Standard UK shipping is free on orders over £40.

Any shipping charge for smaller orders or other destinations will be shown before payment.

TRACKING AND ADDRESS CHANGES

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Contact support@lymphelle.co immediately if the delivery address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been dispatched.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, contact support@lymphelle.co with your order number and relevant photos so we can investigate.
